| The Draper family has always been self-sufficient. The year was 1974 when Bernie Draper, the father, (now retired) had a dream of establishing a honey handling and bee supplies business in Pennsylvania. It all began with one hive and now Bernie's son, Bill and grandson Royal have increased bee-hive colony numbers to 1,100-producing annually from 60,000 to 110,000 pounds of honey. They are also purchasers and sellers of U.S. producers' bee products. They ship anywhere in the U.S.A. and have shipped as far as Yemem, Saudi Arabia, and Sweden.
